Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing and supervising the commercial/cost/ procurement management teams providing support across the project.
• Contributing to the implementation of the programme strategy and the development of the specific project’s action plan.
• Managing the client relationship and all of the reporting responsibilities.
• Reviewing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.
• Resolving issues with contracts and commercial operations.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for cost and commercial on the project.
• Ensuring that all stakeholders such as administration, operations and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations reflecting them accurately.
• Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
• Supervising and motivating a multicultural team and ensuring all commercial objectives are delivered.

The Candidate:

Ideally possess between 15 and 25 years  experience preferably working across major mixed use (build and infra) complex programmes.

A track record with Internationally recognised Consultancies/Contractors would be an advantage

Suitable candidates looking for their 1st move to the region will be of interest.

Degree qualified with Chartership an added benefit.
