Description

Duties:

  • Nurturing Stakeholder Relationships
  • Contract Administration – devise and implement the contract administration strategies
  • Change Management
  • Value Engineering – maximising value engineering opportunities on projects.
  • Procurement – including selecting tendering and procurement strategies.
  • Drafting Subcontracts (Based on Industry Standard Forms or In-House Standard Forms).
  • Setting up and maintaining bonds and insurances.
  • Cost, Revenue and Cash Flow Forecasting and Control.
  • Risk, Opportunities and Contingencies Management.
  • Internal Financial Reporting.
  • Managing/mentoring commercial teams on site.

Requirements

Ideally 5 years commercial/contracts project lead experience or exposure to running multiple projects simultaneously for a significant period of time.

Minimum 15 years Notable Main Contracting experience within the mixed use building projects sector.

Degree educated preferred.

Middle East exposure an advantage but not a necessity.

Excellent English Communication Skills
