Description
Duties:
- Nurturing Stakeholder Relationships
- Contract Administration – devise and implement the contract administration strategies
- Change Management
- Value Engineering – maximising value engineering opportunities on projects.
- Procurement – including selecting tendering and procurement strategies.
- Drafting Subcontracts (Based on Industry Standard Forms or In-House Standard Forms).
- Setting up and maintaining bonds and insurances.
- Cost, Revenue and Cash Flow Forecasting and Control.
- Risk, Opportunities and Contingencies Management.
- Internal Financial Reporting.
- Managing/mentoring commercial teams on site.
Requirements
Ideally 5 years commercial/contracts project lead experience or exposure to running multiple projects simultaneously for a significant period of time.
Minimum 15 years Notable Main Contracting experience within the mixed use building projects sector.
Degree educated preferred.
Middle East exposure an advantage but not a necessity.
Excellent English Communication Skills
