Description

Duties:

Providing overall leadership and management for all aspects for the successful Development of a 5 star Hotel scheme.

Leading efficiently multi-functional teams (both internal & external) to successfully envision, design and deliver the project.

Full responsibility of all the aspects of the Project, through all the phases, from feasibility, design/development briefs, choice of Consultants and all participants.

Co-ordinating with the Operator and generally acting as Owners Representative from start of project through to completion.

The Candidate:

• Minimum 20 years Development Management experience with notable Real Estate Clients Internationally.
• A proven track record delivering multiple, 5 star deluxe resort hotel projects from inception to completion.
• Middle East experience preferred but not as important as delivering a High End Hotel project.
• Degree educated ideally in design, architecture etc
