Time split between the Main Office near Maidenhead & Projects based nationally across the UK. Privately owned , cash rich & turning over £180 Million. You will be working closely alongside an experienced & key Project Director & Commercial Team . You will need to be highly organised , computer literate and embrace technology. You will be managing the following aspects and expected to embrace change & key issues as they arise across the sites. This role will involve long hrs from a Monday to Friday but the rewards and progression is clear to see for those that have been successful.
You will be responsible for the hands on management and work of :
- Document Control – In relation to all sub contractors , clients , consultants & key aspects of site
- Management of the Project Server File
- When needed able to assist on financial reporting
- Handle all aspects of general administration to ensure the fast track nature of construction ensues
- Create and manage weekly / monthly progress reviews
