The Role

UAE Residential Developer are looking to hire a VP of Budgeting for their Dubai Head office.

This role sits within the Pre-Con Dept and works alongside Procurement. Reporting into the Senior VP of Commercial, Procurement and Contracts.

Once the Design is prepared, the Budgeting Team will break the Design down in to packages and report the cost info through to the Procurement Team ready for Tender.

The role will likely be working across multiple projects simultaneously, all of which are large scale luxury Resi projects in the UAE.

 

The Perfect Candidate

The chosen candidate will have worked in a similar capacity for a Developer in the Middle East.

They will be professional and ‘client facing’ with experience of managing various levels of stakeholder.

They will also be able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles and be Degree qualified (ideally.)
