Growing up on the Wirral, Matt moved on to the University of Leeds where he obtained a Degree in Business and Finance.

He entered the General Recruitment / Executive Search market in the year 2000 before specialising in the Construction sector 3 years later, joining a large national construction recruiter in the UK. In 2006, Matt made the move to a newly formed office in the UAE where he quickly established himself, servicing clients across the international & local contracting market.

In 2009, he became one of 4 partners who set up NSR Associates continuing to work extensively with large international contractors, consultants and clients alike.
