This business has a unique position within Healthcare & Hospital Projects across the Globe.  40 Years successful trading they are seen as a market leader for International Healthcare Construction Projects.

About the Client & Role:

You will be based in the Head Office in Buckinghamshire – England. There will be travel required, this is a Global Position and will manage staff, clients, and consultants across Multiple Time zones.

This role reports day to day into the Chief Operating Officer for the Group. You will drive, manage, and strategically position the brand in the right government departments and trade commissions.

You are building upon 40 Years successful trading. The business is now entering a growth Phase for 2024 & 2025 in the 5 Year Vision.

The business has established offices in Europe, China, Africa & the US so they are well placed to service multiple clients & providers. You will be managing a Regional Business Development Manager for each area listed. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Tendering & the COO & CEO.

You will liaise with UKEF, Lending Banks Government Officials Department of Business & Trade, Ambassadors, High Commissioners, and other senior stakeholders.

Can you represent the business in a professional, articulate & precise manner.

 

You CV & work history will show Clear:

  • •Hospital/ healthcare experience
  • •Knowledge of contract frameworks
  • •Bid management.
  • •Knowledge of finance sources and process
  • •PPP or PFI experience
  • •International work experience.

 

Following is desired by the client for successful applications:

  • •Degree Qualified – Ideally Business Administration or a Construction Background
  • •Language Skills – English Mother Tongue & Ideally a Second Language
  • •10 Years Business Development Experience in a Management or Director Capacity
  • •Ideally 15- 20 Years experience within the Construction Environment
  • •Based within 50 Minutes commute of the UK head Office.
