Our client has built an enviable reputation as a Main Contractor capable of delivering a variety of construction projects across the UAE. Due to the recent awards of further Building projects, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts/Claims Manager to oversee the companies portfolio of construction projects in the UAE.

The Candidate:

Minimum 15 years experience  specialising in contract management ie. letter writing, extensions of time, variation orders, claims preparation etc

Strong in depth knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract.

You will possess strong English writing and communication skills in order to negotiate and persuade stakeholders.

A background in Tier 1 Main Contracting is desirable.
