Western Project Management Consultancy are looking for a Deputy Program Director in Riyadh KSA.

This role requires someone from a PMC background with a proven track record of delivering large packages of work on 5 Billion USD + projects in the GCC.

What they are looking for;

A strong background in mixed use projects, but primarily a bias towards Hospitality / Leisure projects on a large scale. with a strong understanding of the value drivers of a mixed-use business. You must have experience of delivery of a programme of projects. The successful candidate will have been overseeing a portfolio of projects within the program with experience through the pre-construction and delivery phases of a project.

This person will be responsible for;

• The delivery of the PMC services, as delegated by the Program Director, to the Client.
• Supporting a dedicated and integrated PMC Team through strong leadership.
• Demonstrating and promoting strategic thinking and decisiveness in application of services.
• Working collaboratively with the Client’s Team, PMCs’, Designers’, Contractors’ and Supervision Consultants’ for the betterment of the project.
• Driving a high performing Team to excel.
• Recruit key high performing individuals to support the delivery of key PMC services.
• Monitoring and ensuring quality of services, deliverables and outputs.
• Pragmatically solving problems in the best interest of the project.
