Description

We are working with a Tier 1 Contractor, based in Dubai who are looking to hire a Design Manager.

The role is project-based, to oversee a large high-end development in Dubai.

The Company;

This organization has been present in the Middle East for many years and boasts a healthy portfolio and pipeline of work. They are known for their iconic projects in the UAE covering Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail and Healthcare.

This position has came up due to another large project award for the business, and the requirement is for someone to come on board immediately.

The Role / Responsibilities;

This person will oversee the project from a Design perspective, working along-side the Project Director. The role reports into the Design Director and will manage a team of Architects, Design Coordinators / Engineers.

Requirements;

• The chosen candidate will be from an Architectural background and will have Degree in a related field.
• Must have experience of leading the Design of large, high end Building projects.
• Main Contracting experience (Tier 1 ideally)
• UAE experience is highly advantageous.
• Some experience managing others.

Package / Benefits:

Competitive salary and benefits totaling circa 40-45,000 AED total package.
