Description

Responsibility:

• Drive all project related team tasks/development through the design process and take a leadership role in making sure all parties are prepared and informed of deadlines and deliverables.
• Advising on alternate design solutions and provide cost effective solutions.
• Stakeholder management, communication & planning the design process.
• Manage the projects overall design including schedule, cost, budget, risk and quality.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma educated preferred.
• Min 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years in the UAE
• Contracting experience is preferred ideally across a variety of schemes such as Public Realm, Infrastructure/Buildings.
• Exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
