The Role

Remote giga Project in KSA requires a Development Director with extensive experience in concept, design and the development side of a new project in its initial stages.

This is a PMC role for a top tier company, working with both clients and contractors.

Ideal Candidate

• Will be from a design and development background and will have vast exposure to mega projects.
• This person will have experience of taking jobs from concept design stage / feasibility, through to delivery and execution.
• 20+ years’ experience, a strong background in design and at least 5 years at Director level in a similar role.
• Middle East experience is preferred, but not essential if you’ve worked on large scale cities/projects in other parts of the world.
• Must be Degree qualified (BSc)

The Benefits

Very competitive salary package (circa 70-80,000 SAR per month) accommodation will be provided on a single status basis only.
