Description

Duties:

  • Day to day handling and managing of the Coins ERP system for all the functions in the Group to include – CRM, SRM, Procurement, Accounts, Plant Management, Facilities Management, HR, Payroll, Commercial etc.)
  • Responsible for overseeing and executing successful integration of various business systems, incorporating reporting and operational functions such as T&A, CRM, SRM, Tendering (Candy), HR, etc., ensuring seamless alignment to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensuring smooth integration of business systems for effective reporting and operations.
  • Responsible for the development of new policies and procedures for Finance and administrative activities, ensuring optimal utilization of diverse systems and their interconnections.
  • Change management implemented to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the business by effectively managing the implementation and integration of various systems.
  • Research and development of new reporting and solutions for the business.

Requirements: 

  • Ideally a Minimum of 7  year’s experience working for notable Main Contractors, Consultancies.
  • GCC experienced preferred but may suit someone who is looking for their first position in the UAE. 
  • Advanced understanding of Commercial and Commercial related matters (CVR, Commercial impacts etc) 
  •  Solid understanding of VAT, TAX, and Payroll.
  • You must have strong English communication skills and be solutions driven.
  • Degree educated preferred.
