We need this business leader to have delivered Major Projects so they get the full support & respect of the Project Directors & Operations Managers out in the field.

At present we have work secured for the next 7 Years and with a very healthy pipeline of work for private & public clients. We have no issue securing work so its more about delivering the work at the right profitability.

This General Manager will be responsible to the Board for the Full profit & Loss across the UK & Europe Division.

The sweet spot for this business is handling £30-100 Million Design & Build Projects in the Energy, Transportation, Technology  & Utilities Sectors of construction. They can self deliver or sub contract out the work so they retain the skill that has made them so successful over the past 30 + Years.

The right candidate with the key experience our client is seeking will be looked after and have all the benefits expected from profit share through to electric car.

The right candidate will match the follow criteria :

• 20-25 Years Post Graduate Experience
• Degree Civil Engineering
• Chartered Status
• Clear Track record on Major Civil Engineering Projects worth £100 Million
• Clear experience at this level in the UK & Ireland
• General Management / Operations Director experience for a Tier 1
