  • Coordinating with company management in formulating the safety, health & environment plan in line with company policy.
  • Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
  • Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
  • Corroborate with the project team the implementation of Company HSE procedures on site.
  • Inspection of all HSE aspects of the project and advise the Construction Director accordingly.
  • Ensure that instruction and information on HSE matters are communicated to site personnel including sub-contractors.
  • Investigate and report to the Principal and Project director of all accidents and incidents.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and participate HSE training on site.
  • Assist Principal and Manager on HSE Audits.


Minimum 20 years experience with at least 2 years experience working in the Middle East and preferably in Saudi Arabia in main contracting firms.

Preferably someone who has worked on Water Treatment Plants. 

Strong English writing/communication skills.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering and NEBOSH International Certificate. 

Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
