We are working with a Western Consultancy business based in the UAE who specialize in Project and Cost Management across Hospitality, Leisure, Entertainment, Commercial and Retail sectors. They are looking for a strong Managing QS to be based in Kerala, India and to head up a team there, whilst overseeing UAE projects remotely.

This person will lead by example and set out to increase quality and drive productivity of the Kerala office.

Experience Required (Non negotiable);

• 8-10 years of UAE experience working for Consultancies.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS
• Pre-Contract experience.
• Experience working on BUILD projects; Hospitality, residential, culture, entertainment, education, retail, commercial, health care
• Previous experience leading a large team of circa 10-15 people.

This role is based in India but comes with a ‘UAE salary’ – Equivalent to 30-40k AED per month.

The role requires visits to Dubai roughly once per month to attend meetings
