We are working directly with the client (Developer) on an iconic Giga-Project in KSA. They are looking to bring an experienced MEP Manager (Saudi National) into the business.

The Role / Responsibilities;

• Develop and execute the MEP Department short-term strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategies.
• Develop annual business plans for the MEP Department and ensure the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
• Manage the MEP team consisting of Engineers, Designers and Commercial staff.
• Develop operational strategies, policies and procedures in line with the operational program of the Company.
• Oversee the effective planning, design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems in the projects.
• Review MEP designs and liaise with the team on MEP utility, delivery, contractors and consultants.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality MEP services that meet industry standards and project requirements.

Experience Required:

• This candidate MUST be a Saudi National for this position.
• Experience working in KSA in a Senior MEP position (managerial) for a Developer or Consultancy
• 10+ years experience working in a Senior MEP role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred
• Relevant certifications within the field of MEP is preferred (e.g., HVAC, Piping, etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
• This role is working in a remote location so the candidate must be willing and able to work close to site.

Salary / Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary package of circa 60,000-80,000 (depending on the level of applicant) + Accommodation and Transport provided. As well as generous benefits / allowances. (To be discussed further in during screening process.)
