MEP Operations Manager/ MEP Project Director that has a clear track record of handling Major Data Projects (MW)

Clear knowledge and awareness in the UK or Europe  having worked for an MEP Sub Contractor or Principal Main Contractor.  Have you awarded sub contracts, manage design, handled workmanship and driven production through to testing & commissioning?

• This is an exciting opportunity in Germany to be based across 2 Projects in Frankfurt & Berlin – Germany

 

Solid technical awareness and knowledge of the following:

• Electrical
• MV Switchgear
• Generators
• UPS Systems
• Power Panels
• Chillers & Fan Walls
• BMS

 

You will be more than capable of getting into the technical aspects , program and critical path for the MEP Services. Able to add value and lead from all aspects.

The client team is going to be demanding so you will be able to protect your program and activities at all times.

 

Following is critical for a successful application:

• 15 Years experience within Mission Critical Projects for a Main Contractor or MEP Sub Contractor (Reputable)
• Strong communication skills
• Clear track record in relevant major projects
• Clear strength within MEP – Bias towards Mechanical as this is the bulk of the $ within these projects
• Based in Europe or the UK
• Able to relocate and start employment before the 1st of March 2024 absolute latest
