MEP Technical Manager that has a clear track record of handling Major Data Projects (MW)

Clear knowledge & awareness having worked for an MEP Sub Contractor or Principal Main Contractor.  Have you awarded sub-contracts, managed design, handled workmanship and driven production through to testing & commissioning? You will work closely alongside the Projects Directors to ensure program and delivery is hit.

You will provide technical advice throughout design and construction management stages on site.

• This is an exciting opportunity in the United Arab Emirates to be based across 2 Projects in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Solid technical awareness and knowledge of the following is ESSENTIAL

• Electrical , MV & Switchgear
• Generators, UPS Systems & Power Panels
• Chillers & Fan Walls & BMS

You will be more than capable of getting into the technical aspects , program and critical path for the MEP Services. Able to add value and lead from all aspects. The clients team is going to be demanding so you will be able to protect your program and activities at all times.

Working closely alongside stakeholders and the supply chain to drive continuous improvement, bottom line gains and success for all parties. You will have your eye on program and cost whilst ensuring all aspects are agreed to as per the contractual terms of the contract.

Following is critical for a successful application:

• 12 -15 Years experience within Mission Critical Projects for a Main Contractor or MEP Sub Contractor (Reputable) as  Technical Manager / MEP Services Lead
• Strong communication skills
• Degree Qualified
• Clear track record in relevant major projects
• Clear strength within MEP – design, procurement , quality & analysis
• Able to relocate and start employment before the 1st of August 2024
