We need this Operations Manager to have delivered Major Projects so they get the full support & respect of the Project Directors & Project Managers.

 

This person will be on the path to Directorship over a 2-3 Year period within this business as it is a strategic appointment.

 

Work secured for the next 5 Years and with a very healthy pipeline across the UK & Europe.  The Operations Manager will be responsible to the Board for the Full profit & Loss across the UK & Europe Division.

Design & Build Projects in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure sector – Transportation, Energy & Aviation Sectors. This business can self deliver or sub contract out the work. They retain a lot of skill, plant and experience that has made them so successful over the past 34 Years.

 

What our client is seeking:

• 15-20 Years Post Graduate Experience
• Degree Civil Engineering
• Clear Track record on Major Civil Engineering Projects across the UK & Europe
• Clear experience at this level in the UK & Ireland
• Project Director / Senior Project Manager with strong experience having worked for leading Civil Main Contractors or Sub Contractors
