Description

Our client, a prominent Main Contractor in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Construction Operations Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing project schedules, organizing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:

• Develop and execute project execution strategies, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and cost management for timely project completion.
• Collaborate with Commercial Manager and project commercial teams to establish and oversee operational budgets.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness by refining processes and policies to align with company objectives and international standards.
• Manage resource utilization across the organization, including recruitment and placement of staff in coordination with HR.
• Coordinate and oversee project production and progress, monitoring performance and implementing enhancements.
• Ensure product quality and manage employee productivity levels, providing technical support as needed.

Requirements:       

• Must have at least 15 years working in the Construction Industry and at least 5 years working in the Middle East preferably with a contractor.
•  Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or something similar.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of Quality and HSE.
• Excellent communication and fluency in English.
