As part of our client’s continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Planning Manager based in the Dublin region.

We are on the lookout for an ideal candidate who can bring their expertise in Large-Scale Projects as a Planner/Scheduler to our team.
Prior experience in Commercial, High Rise, Residential, Pharma/Data Centre projects will greatly enhance your chances of reaching the interview stage
Key Responsibilities:
- •Prepare Contract/Project Programmes and provide ongoing Monthly Reporting of progress.
- •Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects, contributing to the knowledge database for the planning department.
- •Complete schedule and reporting requirements for tenders/contracts, ensuring work is completed to the correct standards.
- •Collaborate closely with the project team to assist with planning/schedule-related activities.
- •Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
- •Execute effective short to medium-term planning and reviews on projects, offering forward insight to mitigate risks.
- •Challenge, critique, and explore alternative construction solutions to drive continuous improvement and optimum solutions on the project.
Specific Requirements:
- •Relevant Third-level Degree (Bachelor’s Degree+).
- •Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with proven experience in project planning/scheduling for main contractors or subcontractors on large-scale projects (e.g., Commercial, High-Rise, Residential, Pharma/Data Centres).
- •Clear Planner experience for Main Contractors or Sub Contractors.
- •Project Planning/Scheduling experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects.
- •Excellent IT skills – Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time, On site
Salary: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year + Competitive Salary, Company Vehicle or Travel Allowance, Relocation Allowance (where applicable)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
