*Senior Planner / Planning Manager – Data & Tech Projects in the UAE.

This client has 5 Data Center projects underway across the MENA region at execution stage plus a number at pre-construction. If you delivered a 30 MW Facility and can hold meaningful conversations and pull apart a program then our client wishes to hear from you.

You will be able to see the bigger picture of the program and how everything is managed with a tech client.

Do you have a track record for International Contractors or PMC’s…

You will be working alongside the Area Director in the Head Office in DXB.  This role will involve regular travel to hit business needs. This may mean 1 night away in KSA to sit with clients or a day trip down to Abu Dhabi. Fundamentally the home will be DXB and this will be where you rest your head day to day.

Do you match the following criteria 

• Clear planning experience for Main Contractors/ PMC’s as a Senior Planner / Planning Manager  (No1) on MW / Mega Watt DC’s in the MENA region
• Do you have the communication and client facing skills to present and protect the critical path & program
• Can you see beyond the P6 Software and walk the site having meaningful conversations with stakeholders & the supply chain
• It will be very clear from the CV the Data Experience you hold for Main Contractors, Clients or Project Managers
• The CV will show loyalty and success,  NOT 6 Career moves in the past 6 Years (Being honest here)
• Ideally Degree Educated or with a strong construction academia / training
• A minimum of 5 Years Planning on Data Projects
