This level of detail at tender submission stage has enabled them to pay bonuses and annual pay reviews year on year. Can you say the same for your current business?

 

Frustrated Project Manager wanting to take your learnings into an tender / technical capacity to win work? Or are you a Pre-Construction Manager or Engineering Manager that already understands bidding & successful tender awards.  You will be joining an International Tier 1  Buildings Contractor that currently has projects in the UK , US & Europe.

Small project would be £25 Million and a large scale project at £105 Million. As Pre Construction Manager you will be working alongside the Senior Estimator, Planner & pricing team.

You will look at risk assessments, build ability , soil samples , program , methods of construction , lifting and cranes placements and how program can be reduced to hit pace for project delivery.

Do you have the following experience 

  • Main or Sub Contractor experience in a Design or Technical Coordination capacity in the UK
  • Design & Build Project Experience
  • IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on
  • Can you pull apart a program and see where time and profit can be made
  • Are you a strong communicator and can handle a team or a client when needed
  • Construction Background relevant to the role be that Degree on HNC
  • You will have the technical understanding to read drawings and review programs in depth

This is NOT a hybrid role. It will involve travel to meet clients , visiting sites to review potential risks and opportunities . The role is based in the Head office just outside of Gerrard’s Cross based in Buckinghamshire.
