We are working with a Western Consultancy, who are looking to hire a Principal Engineer – Structural, for their Dubai Office.
In this role you will be working closely with Design teams to support clients on various projects in the Middle East and UK.

The Role / Experience Required;

• Structural Engineering background / exposure – understanding of structural load paths.
• Consultancy experience is essential for this role.
• Technical / design management of structural packages (both permanent and temporary works.)
• On-site experience as part of a team delivering complex structures.
• Autonomously run the technical aspects of a project including Client, Contractor, and Design Team
  Coordination.
• Understand the commercial aspects of a project (contracts, invoicing, variations etc.)
• Manage the production of 2D sequencing drawings, 3D models, and 4D sequencing
  models (prepared by the VDC/BIM team.)
• Analyse, programme, and sequence the construction of concrete/steel structures.
• Research and develop construction methodologies suitable for varying project activities.
• Develop logistics strategies, construction methodologies, and programmes.
• Site inspections to monitor progress and identify program, design, or safety risks.

You will gain valuable experience working on and supporting some of the Middle Easts most iconic projects.
The salary for this position is circa 25-30,000 AED per month + visas, flights and private medical cover.
