Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and supervising the commercial/cost/ procurement management teams providing support across the project.
  • Contributing to the implementation of the programme strategy and the development of the specific project’s action plan.
  • Managing the client relationship and all of the reporting responsibilities.
  • Reviewing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.
  • Resolving issues with contracts and commercial operations.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for cost and commercial on the project.
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders such as administration, operations and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations reflecting them accurately.
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Supervising and motivating a multicultural team and ensuring all commercial objectives are delivered.

The Candidate:

Ideally possess a minimum of 25 years experience preferably working across major mixed use (build and infra) complex programmes.

International Main Contracting experience a clear advantage

Minimum 10 years spent in the GCC, with a track record in KSA would also be an obvious advantage.

Degree qualified with Chartership and added benefit.
