Description
This is a client-side role working for a Developer in the heart of Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead a Residential development from A-Z. This person will be involved in this project from front end Design through to Delivery / Execution and hand over.
In addition to this there is also the opportunity to work with the Development Team to contribute to the work winning, design and development of upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the overall project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
– Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
– Lead regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
– Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
– Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the front-end design and development of future projects.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in the UAE, working for a Consultancy / Developer.
– Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in front-end design and development is a plus.
– Must be willing and able to live in Abu Dhabi full time.
