Leading  International Buildings + Tech Contractor

We are hiring for a Quantity Surveyor to sit on site working closely with the Project Commercial Manager. This hiring manager has over 12 Years on Data Project plus a strength within cleanrooms , pharma, manufacturing and process facilities. All of which are seen as recession proof work right now !

Below gives you an indication for the type of work & duties

• Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation
• Prepare and Review of Interim Payment Applications and Certificates
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
• Review of BoQ of works prepared by the designers
• Work closely with the Commercial manager to handle business critical needs on site

 

This role will give you the time, guidance and exposure to work your way up to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

 

Do you match the following:

• Degree Quantity Surveying Desired but NOT Essential
• Career experience working for Main Contractors or Sub Contractors
• Minimum of 2-5 Years Commercial & QS experience working within Construction
• Solid commercial exposure & technical understandings
• Able to start employment before the 1st of February 2024 LATEST
