  • Establishing budgets post contract.
  • Managing the procurement of subcontractors and materials.
  • Establishing contract administration procedures bespoke to the projects and making sure they are followed throughout the project duration.
  • Providing hands on drafting support for contractual letters, disputed variation narratives and EOT claims.
  • Negotiating with clients and consultants to maximize value on the projects.
  • Preparing consolidated commercial reports for the business and presenting to management in head office.


  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Contracts /QS role.
  • Must have Middle East experience and UAE is preferable.
  • Main Contracting background with reputable companies is preferable.
