Reporting into the Group Pre-Construction Manager you will be given autonomy and a small team. You will look at strategy, cost , supply chain and program. You will understand the market and key supply chain.

Clients range from Major Food , Technology , E-Commerce & Transportation clients. Project ranging from 120,000 Sq Ft to 400,000 Sq Ft.

Do you have the following :

• 6-6 Years Pricing Experience is this sector?
• Strong understanding of Steel Frame Structures , large groundwork packages and concrete works.
• Have you led a Bid when needed ?
• Do you have Warehouse / Industrial Experience  & Distribution Experience ?
• Do you have the supply chain awareness & client knowledge to hit the ground running.
