Senior Planner
Major Data Centre – Potters Bar just off the M25 – North London
Can you dissect the program and review everything in a logical and methodical manner? We are seeking a Senior Planner that has worked within the Main Contracting world and understands planning, engineering and methodology. Can you pull a program apart and put it back together again ?
This person will be happy to roll the sleeves up and lead from the front on site. This client is after someone who does more than just delegates. This business turns over £600 Million with a global footprint within the Data & Tech World of Construction
Key individuals that work hard and perform and well looked after and stay long term within the group. If you have not handled a Data Project then the client would look at other challenging projects that have complex MEP Integration. But above all what is critical is a can do proactive approach to work and the challenges that come on site. They want some that breaths energy into the team.
Location of this Project
- 5 Minutes from Potters Bar off the M25 – North London
Do you match the following criteria
- Based in UK and able to attend face to face interview
- This role requires you to be on site every day (NO REMOTE working)
- Clear planning experience leading teams and working for Reputable Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors
- Do you have the communication and client facing skills to present and protect the critical path & program of works
- Strong P6 experience / primavera
- Able to work under pressure in a team
- Able to interview and start employment before the 1st of March 2024 Latest
- If you aren’t based in a commutable distance the employer is happy to provide a Hotel as they don’t want people over exhausting themselves with a long commute (We all know what the M25 can be like)
