Senior Planner – Major Data Centre – Netherlands

Can you dissect the program and review everything in a logical and methodical manner?

We are seeking a Senior Planner that has worked within the Main Contracting world and understands planning, engineering and methodology. Can you pull a program apart and put it back together again ?

 

This person will be happy to roll the sleeves up  and lead from the front on site. This client is after someone who does more than just delegates. If you want to come and be part of something that is growing and exciting this is one hell of an opportunity.

Key individuals that work hard and perform and well looked after and stay long term within the group

If you have not handled a Data Project then the client would look at other challenging projects that have complex MEP Integration. But above all what is critical is a can do proactive approach to work and the challenges that come on site. They want some that breaths energy into the team . No mood hoovers here as the client would say !

Example of successful profitable projects delivered across the UK & Europe in the past 24 Months 

  • Research Laboratory, £30 Million
  • MW Data Center, £170 million
  • Food Manufacturing Facility £41 Million – Design & Build
  • Major Distribution & Logistics Facility €85 Million

Location of this Project 

  • 40 Minutes drive north of Amsterdam – Netherlands

Do you match the following criteria 

  • Clear planning experience leading teams and working for Reputable Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors
  • Do you have the communication and client facing skills to present and protect the critical path & program of works
  • Strong P6 experience / primavera
  • Able to work under pressure in a team
  • Able to interview and start employment before the 1st of April 2024 Latest
