Senior Project Planner position available with a leading UK Main Contractor, boasting a turnover exceeding £600 Million.

The role requires expertise in managing multi-disciplinary projects spanning Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Data sectors.

We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in both On-Site and Pre-Construction planning, showcasing leadership in program management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, demonstrating a profound understanding of sequencing and the construction build sequence.

This includes a comprehensive grasp of stages such as earthworks, substructure, superstructure, façade, and internal works, with a keen focus on the intricacies involved in each phase.

This position is situated at the Head office near Gerrards Cross, emphasizing a central office role, 5 days a week with occasional travel to sites within a 60-90 minute commute (M25 Region).

 

Do you match the following criteria:

  • •Demonstrable planning experience with Main Contractors or Subcontractors
  • •Possession of effective communication and client-facing skills crucial for collaborative teamwork
  • •Previous technical expertise, enabling on-site assessments to compare actual conditions with proposed plans
  • •Proficiency in Primavera Software, preferably P6
  • •Current residence in the United Kingdom with the ability to participate in face-to-face interviews—whether you prefer tea or coffee!
