Description

Duties:

Project Management of a variety of schemes in the Hospitality, Residential, Office, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

Along with the companies Commercial Manager provide costing information when required together with dealing with RFP’S that require attention.

Turnkey project development from inception through design phases and on to delivery/completion stages.

Deliver accurate and clear presentations when necessary to key stakeholders and clients.

 

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12 years experience working for notable Developers/Consultancies and Contractors in the GCC

Client Facing, articulate and strong presentation skills

Degree educated preferred

Strong Project Management/Delivery experience coupled with being commercially savvy.

 

This role would suit an individual with a wide ranging skill set that prefers to be in a position offering a lot of variety day to day with an exciting, dynamic Client!
