Description

Duties:

• Lead, develop and manage a small team of engineers, technicians to ensure a high level of technical quality and commercial performance.
• Prepare and review technical designs of the consultants.
• Oversee project designs and documentation.
• Oversee co-ordination of work undertaken by external sub-contractors and design consultants.
• Assist in resolving any technical problems faced by the technical department during the project design and/or construction stages, where required.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience with at least 2 years experience working in the UAE in main contracting firms. Strong English writing/communication skills.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.

Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
