This person must be a Saudi National and will play a key role in leading Interior Design initiatives across the business. The location of the project is remote, therefore the chosen candidate must be willing and able to work singe status close to site.
Role / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior design activities, ensuring the creation of innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with the project vision and enhance the customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Design Department short to mid-term strategic plan to ensure alignment with the department’s strategic priorities, and the corporate goals.
- Manage a ream of Interior Designers / Architects. Monitor, control and report key performance indicators related to the department to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
Experience Required
- Must be Saudi National for this role.
- Circa 8-10 years’ experience within Interior Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
- Relevant certifications within the field of Interior Design is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
- KSA experience working for a Developer or Consultancy is essential.

We are working with a Western Consultancy, who are looking to hire a Principal Engineer – Structural, for their Dubai Office.
In this role you will be working closely with Design teams to support clients on various projects in the Middle East and UK.
The Role / Experience Required;
- Structural Engineering background / exposure – understanding of structural load paths.
- Consultancy experience is essential for this role.
- Technical / design management of structural packages (both permanent and temporary works.)
- On-site experience as part of a team delivering complex structures.
- Autonomously run the technical aspects of a project including Client, Contractor, and Design Team
Coordination.
- Understand the commercial aspects of a project (contracts, invoicing, variations etc.)
- Manage the production of 2D sequencing drawings, 3D models, and 4D sequencing
models (prepared by the VDC/BIM team.)
- Analyse, programme, and sequence the construction of concrete/steel structures.
- Research and develop construction methodologies suitable for varying project activities.
- Develop logistics strategies, construction methodologies, and programmes.
- Site inspections to monitor progress and identify program, design, or safety risks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ideal Candidate
