Duties:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Projects Department short to mid-term strategic plan to ensure alignment with the department’s strategic priorities, and the corporate goals.
- Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed scope of work across integrated programs managed across multiple contractors/consultants.
- Manage the project controls requirements of the scope.
- Review contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses, if necessary.
- Manage the design, procurement, and construction progress for compliance with contract requirements.
- Arrange and manage planning workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors/consultants to close their planning/project control issues.
- Manage the set-up of the Project Management System.
- Interface with the project management team and all key stakeholders and prepare and manage the daily escalation report and early warnings for project managers.
- Overseeing the preparation of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project performance assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement project performance tracking mechanisms, including earned value analysis, to measure project progress, productivity, and efficiency, and provide regular performance reports to project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the department’s requirements, policies, and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience coupled with a track record in working with a Developer/Main Contractor or a Project Management Consultancy in Hospitality, Offices, Commercial, Residential sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or something similar
- Ideally a solid background with Clients and/or Tier 1 Contractors/ PMC
- Candidates must be Saudi national
- This role will be based in a remote area and therefore the chosen candidate must be willing and able to relocate single status.

The role / responsibilities:
- Managing resourcing, growing, and developing the planning team as and when required.
- Managing a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services and responsible for staff development.
- Supporting senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development or alliance development projects.
- Collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders, building trusting and respectful relationships.
- Managing the application of specific planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools including the latest software such as Primavera P6 or others .

The Role / Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute the MEP Department short-term strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategies.
- Develop annual business plans for the MEP Department and ensure the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
- Manage the MEP team consisting of Engineers, Designers and Commercial staff.
- Develop operational strategies, policies and procedures in line with the operational program of the Company.
- Oversee the effective planning, design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems in the projects.
- Review MEP designs and liaise with the team on MEP utility, delivery, contractors and consultants.
